TRANSMISSION

ROLES

GAME DESIGNER, SYSTEMS & UI DESIGNER, 3D ASSET CREATION & AUDIO ENGINEERING

Transmission is a Si-Fi narrative environmental puzzle game where the player must balance caring for an intergalactic radio station while caring for their own wellbeing and environment. 

Developed as a  serious game study meant to be a reflection of the negative affects of doomscrolling and its affect on ones ability to perform both mental and physical self care.

Responsibilities

My responsibilities when developing Transmission Included 

- Developing gameplay, mechanics and systems that aligned with the teams desires - Design values that fit into the theme of Doomscrolling

- Stylized UI development

- 3D modeling and texturing of priority set pieces that were unavailable in the unity store but required to suit the needs of the project

- UI & ambient audio development 

- Narrative review and system outline
